Hansoft Mobile

Hansoft Mobile is designed to respond to all the needs of Law Offices with a mobile version.

Hansoft Mobile, produced by Hansoft Yazılım Anonim Şirketi, which produces software solutions for Law Offices, is the continuation of the desktop program called Hansoft Law Automation.

In order to use Hansoft Mobile, you must have the desktop version of Hansoft Law Automation.

With Hansoft Mobile:

- All your case and enforcement files are automatically brought from the UYAP system. In the file, information such as which party your client is, the subject of the lawsuit, and its type are also determined by Artificial Intelligence and shown.

- Thanks to Desktop Version Integration, you can access, open and view all the documents of your case files in UYAP without the need for a signature.

- With the Document Submission Screen, you can send the documents on your phone to your case files. If the udf document you want to send is unsigned, the document is automatically signed and sent to the file without the need for a mobile signature, thanks to Desktop Integration.

- In the case files, you can assign work assignments of your temporary works to yourself or your staff, and you can follow up these works.

- You can add documents to the created jobs, view these added documents on the phone and download them to the phone and send them directly to the UYAP file.

- With the notification system, your litigation and enforcement works are reminded to you on a daily basis. Again, all the work done by your staff is sent to your phone as a notification.

- You can instantly view the current cover account information of your executive files both registered in the program and visible in the UYAP system.

- All party, subject, type information of your enforcement files, as well as the finalization status and notification status are automatically queried by the Artificial Intelligence system.

- With the Hansoft Artificial Intelligence system, you can view all the assets in your enforcement files, from the decision-rejection reasons given by the managers to the demands of these assets, to the barcodes and fate of the notification envelopes.

- With the accounting module included, you can create current cards from anywhere with internet, add expenses to these current accounts, and add the photos you have on your phone or take as documents to the expenses.

- With the Accounting Module, you can view your clients' current account statement and debt balance on a current and date basis.

- Thanks to the Comprehensive Report Screen and Uyap Integration, you can check and view the documents entered in your cases during the day, the expenses incurred in the files, and report the changes in the assets in the enforcement files.

- With the Hearing Follow-Up Screen, your monthly hearings are automatically brought from the UYAP system. You can enter which personnel will attend these hearings, and you can specify the important issues that need to be said at the hearing. After the hearing, the user who attends the hearing can also process the result of the hearing. This way, you will be aware of everything that is going on at the hearing.

Note: In order to view the udf documents in your case files, you need to download a UDF viewer from the store. For this, you can download Uyap Document Editor. For files with the Tiff extension, you must have a program on your phone that can open this extension.
