User Reviews

Many users experience persistent update errors (notably error 24) that require uninstalling and reinstalling the font packs, causing frustration. Despite technical issues like freezing and backup problems, users appreciate the fun and festive fonts and emojis, making it popular compared to other messaging apps. The app suffers from poor support and confusing help resources, but loyal users continue to enjoy it once issues are managed.

Pros

App has a variety of cute, fun, and festive fonts and emojis providing a good customization experience.
Generally loved by users who appreciate the customization features over other messaging apps.
Once issues are resolved, app works well and is enjoyable to use.
Users have been loyal and have been using the font packs for years.

Cons

Frequent update failures with error codes, especially error 24 and error 404, preventing smooth updating for multiple font packs.
Users often need to uninstall and reinstall the app or font packs to fix update issues, which is inconvenient.
Some users report chronic freezing and the need to reboot the phone due to app problems after updates.
Backup and restore functions are unreliable or lacking, with insufficient storage space and poor control over backups.
Help topics have poor US English translation, leading to confusion, and overall app support and error messages are unintelligible.

I'm not sure why the folks below are ripping on a font pack. Works normal and when the instructions are followed, no issues. Its a font pack, not a movie. RIF.
