Hi All! I can't use my Cap rel Hamilton here in this area. I made a trip to Sarasota Florida from Niceville FL. It won't work for me! Help? I tried to install again

I tried using my cellphone to make a call. The person I was calling can hear. The caption was on his phone, not mine. I will contact Hamilton for Federal Communication on Monday. I am also having problems with internet service. To make a call through 711 for a 911 emergency call, it takes too long, and I have to have 5 G to make a call outside my house. On the new TTY free phone. I have at least 6 TTY's. 3 portable TTYs and one can be used attached to the cellphone.
