Migraine & Headache Tracker is a plain, fast diary for anyone who gets migraines or recurring headaches, including chronic migraine. Log an attack while it is happening, review your history later, and take a clear record to your next appointment.

LOG AN ATTACK IN SECONDS
When a migraine starts, the last thing you want is a long form. Severity is one tap on a 1–10 scale. Everything else is optional and tucked away until you want it.

• Pain location, from behind the eyes to the back of the head
• Symptoms including nausea, aura, light and sound sensitivity
• Triggers grouped by lifestyle, diet, environment and hormonal
• Medication taken, and a free-text note

BUILT FOR A BAD DAY
Light sensitivity is a migraine symptom, so the app follows your system dark mode and keeps the screen calm. You can also pin light or dark yourself in settings. Buttons are large because blurred vision and shaky hands are part of an attack.

YOUR MIGRAINE HISTORY AND CALENDAR
Every entry lands in a history list, newest first. The migraine calendar shades each day by the worst attack you recorded, so months of pattern are visible at a glance.

SEE YOUR TRENDS
Charts show how many attacks you have had and how your severity moves over time. Browse a specific month, or a rolling window: last 7, 30 or 90 days, last 6 months, a year, or everything. Useful for spotting whether things are getting better or worse, and for answering the questions a doctor actually asks.

DAILY REMINDER
An optional nudge to log your day, so the record stays complete. Pick the time, and turn it off any time.

DESCRIBE IT INSTEAD (OPTIONAL)
If you would rather type than tap, you can write "woke at 3am, bad one behind my left eye, took sumatriptan" and let the app fill in the form for you to check. This feature is off until you turn it on, and it is the only part of the app that uses the internet.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account. No sign-up. No ads. No tracking. Your migraine log is stored on your phone, not on our servers, and we never sell or share it. Export it to a file whenever you like, and import it on a new phone to carry your history across.

AVAILABLE IN SEVERAL LANGUAGES
English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, with a language picker in settings.

WHAT IT IS, AND WHAT IT IS NOT
This is a headache diary. It records what you enter and shows you patterns in your own data. It does not diagnose anything, it does not give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to a clinician about your symptoms and treatment.

Whether you call it a migraine tracker, a headache tracker, a migraine journal, a headache log or a migraine calendar, the job is the same: an honest record of what happened, kept somewhere you control.
