Migraine Control: Tracker

I'm a migraine sufferer. I built the tracker I wish existed:

Log an attack in one tap. When a migraine hits, you don't have the focus to fill out a form. Quick Log starts an attack in a single tap. Pick the severity and the timer begins. Tap once more to end it when the pain lifts. Everything else can wait.

Track only what's useful. Capture pain severity, location, and the symptoms that stood out (like aura, nausea, or light sensitivity). Note your most likely triggers (poor sleep, caffeine, weather), and how well your medication or relief worked.

Keep your data safe Your logs stay on your phone only, with optional Cloud Sync secured by a quick email code. Your headache diary works offline, and you can delete your local or cloud data at any time.

Build your own lists Add custom medications, relief methods, and triggers as you log your attacks, making your next entry faster to fill in. The journal adapts to your personal needs.

See the bigger picture Browse your migraine history as a list or a color-coded calendar. A 30-day summary turns your attack frequency, severity, triggers, and what's helped into patterns you can actually see.

Export reports for your doctor Turn your history into a clean PDF to bring along, or save a spreadsheet for your own records.
