2024-10-21	Jo*****	There's supposed to be a sharing hub but all it does is take you to videos that refer to a sharing hub menu that DOES NOT EXIST. When I tap on it I just get a message that my information isnt shared with anyone but me.

2023-11-10	Pa*****	This app used to be good. Now I can't pay my co pay or see past billing. It shows I paid for 1 recent visit and then jumps to over a year ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. It also takes me to the website instead of opening in the app, which it never did before. I tried to send an email to the email on the Google Play page for the app and it ended up bouncing back. I have also tried going straight to the website with the same results.

2023-10-23	Ch*****	App is useless after the latest update. You used to be able to log in with a fingerprint, now it forces you to log in via a browser. Why have an app at all at this point. I used to use it all the time, now it's completely pointless.

2023-07-26	He*****	Slow, unreliable, hard to navigate, trash of an app. To make matters worse it logged me out and will not allow me to log back in without a code that's been sent to my email. Been waiting DAYS for the code. Have submitted multiple requests for codes and they don't arrive. This wouldn't be such a big problem if the app wasn't handling medical records, and highly confidential data.

You get no response when you message your doctor, test results ar not always posted, Drs notes are inacurate, covid and other vaccine info is Not updated, and you CANNOT refill prescriptions. Also bills cannot be paid via app, error message on every device in my home including other phones making an annoying phone call and long hold necessary. MY CHART is useless!

This APP should be copied to change from the present limited version to one allowing better use by ALL INSURANCE (PLANS) USERS. NO ONE HAS YET DONE THIS. I SHOULD ALSO BE ABOT TO REQUEST REFILLS OF NOTED MEDS USED AT PRESENT, AND EVEN MAKE DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS FOR DOCTORS I WOULD ADD TO THESE RECORDS. IT'S ABOUT TIME FOR THIS.

When I do get the verification code, I receive an error message code is invalid. Also, why are the verification codes emailed and not texted? This app is glitchy and inconvenient. I literally cannot access MyChart. Not worth downloading this useless app.
