Difficult to fix errors like my medications. Stop asking me to verify my cell phone- you are already sending texts to my cell constantly. Cannot access Dr notes from hospital visits. Should also be able to nominated cna or nurse that went above and beyond. Also nurses have no business telling patients there is nothing that can be done. When the patient has been adamant they do not want Hospice. The nurses have no business in that. It's patients body their choice between them the Dr & family
