Pros

Manual entry of readings is convenient and works well.
Provides advice on chemical adjustments.
Has the potential to simplify the process of water testing.

Cons

Camera feature often fails to capture images of the test strips.
Inconsistent and inaccurate readings from the app.
Crashes frequently or does not function properly on various devices.

Recent reviews

Built in camera app does not work. Constantly gives error telling me to align the dots. They are aligned, no photo ever taken. You have to hold the phone 3 feet above the strip because it is super zoomed in and the delay when moving the camera is horrible. Should just be able to take the picture and add it to the app. Completely useless. Would give it 0 stars if possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

App used to work OK for reading test strips, but after a recent update that changed the UI that is no longer the case. In the current version, the camera is zoomed way in, making it difficult to position the strip in the frame. Even when I do manage to get the strip in frame for a few seconds, about 3/4 of the time it tells me there was an error. Looking for alternatives now.
