2023-02-13	Hi*****	This kind of tricky if you have an old android it's going to work for you, but if you have a new phone go for the other app my h2o then you can access your account witch is stupid they need to explain it to their customers, I figure it out myself, I'm looking for better service this one doesn't work for me anymore, customer service sacks plus I can get better for the money I'm paying with better service and more data .

2022-03-22	do*****	Phone hasn't worked since last Friday like 4 or 5 days no customer service can help me I tried and called on hold for 2 hours then I got a Mexican woman I could barely understand why she was eating food I'm just getting screwed by H2O wireless they owe me a refund for this month cuz my phone sure the hell ain't working they used to be a good company they suck now and I do have a 4G LTE phone so I'm getting screwed and I'm going to AT&t
