This kind of tricky if you have an old android it's going to work for you, but if you have a new phone go for the other app my h2o then you can access your account witch is stupid they need to explain it to their customers, I figure it out myself, I'm looking for better service this one doesn't work for me anymore, customer service sacks plus I can get better for the money I'm paying with better service and more data .
