GymRat is a basketball training app that builds a workout for your level and then coaches you through it, drill by drill.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Shows a video demonstration of every drill so you always know what to do
• Covers six skills: ball handling, shooting, finishing, passing, jump rope and reads

• Lets you build your own workout — pick the drills, set the length, save it
• Tracks every completed workout as a brick on your progress wall
• Keeps your stats and history: shots, dribbles, minutes trained, streaks and badges
• Connects to a coach or program with a join code, so your team can train on the same plan
