Nexus · Gestión de talleres

Nexus is the software for mobile and electronics repair shops. Every device that comes in has its order, diagnosis, estimate, and tracking code, and you know exactly how much each repair cost you.

WHAT IT TAKES OFF YOUR WORK
• Customers no longer call every two hours: they receive a QR code on their receipt and can see the status of their phone (received, being diagnosed, waiting for parts, ready) without installing anything.

• You know if a repair was profitable: each order includes your earnings and the parts you used.

• No more "I already had that part...": stock is automatically deducted when used.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Orders with diagnosis, up to 4 photos of the device's condition upon arrival, and IMEI/serial number.

• Suggested faults by device type (broken screen, won't charge, won't turn on, etc.).

• Tracking via QR code verified with the customer's ID.

• Spare parts inventory with purchase and sale prices and low stock alerts.

• PDF quotes and receipts with your logo and in your currency (for internal use only, not invoices).

• Actual profit statistics per repair, per technician, and per equipment type.

• Customizable statuses: name them as you do in your workshop.

Team permissions by role: the counter clerk can check in equipment but cannot handle the cash register.

• Deletion history: every deleted order is recorded with its reason.

• Backups included.

PRICE
One plan: €15 per month per workshop (VAT not included), with up to 5 users. 30-day free trial, no credit card required and no commitment. The account is created and managed at https://nexus.g-weil.com.
