EliteRepairPro is mobile repair shop software built for India's repair professionals, whether you run a single counter or a busy, high-volume workshop. It replaces the notebook, WhatsApp, and Excel mess that runs most shops today, and puts every repair, customer, payment, and part into one repair shop management app you already carry.

WHAT IT DOES

• COMPLETE REPAIR WORKFLOW: Intake to delivery, with status, parts, photos, warranty, and a PDF invoice. Add Job is a guided four-step wizard, and you can scan the device IMEI with your camera instead of typing fifteen digits.

• SPARE PARTS INVENTORY: Add a part to a job and stock deducts in real time. Low-stock alerts fire when an item hits its threshold. Full per-item history of received, used, and adjusted stock.

• CUSTOMER DATABASE: Type a phone number and see every repair you have ever done for that customer, with photos, payments, and current balance. Repeat customers feel recognised instantly.

• PATTERN / PIN STORAGE: The customer's unlock pattern, PIN, or password is saved on the job sheet itself, so the technician does not have to ask again during repair.

• DEALER / B2B LEDGER: Two-way credit tracking for your dealer and supplier business (dealer khata). Your books and the dealer's books stay reconciled automatically, with no more month-end disputes.

• USED PHONE BUSINESS: Buy a second-hand phone, log repair expenses, sell it, and see realized profit per device. A monthly resale dashboard tells you what is actually making money.

• GST BILLING AND PDFs: GST-ready invoice, job sheet, and purchase receipt, generated on your phone. Share to the customer over WhatsApp from inside the app.

• WARRANTY TRACKING: Per-job and per-phone warranty days with end dates. When a customer claims warranty months later, the full history is one tap away.
