Guardian For Providers

This version of the app enables providers to connect Guardian system modules as shown below

- Network – The module allows our providers to locate other providers (PCP and Specialists) in Guardian.
- ENS Notification – This system sends alerts to the provider, when a patient in their practice has been admitted or discharged from the hospital.
- Announcements – This module displays announcements of general interest to all practices in Guardian.
- Patient Profile – This module allows the provider to review an individual patient record for information such as Demographics, Problems, Medications, MRA Risk Score, Quality Care Gap, ENS, etc…
- Patient Search – This module allows the provider to search for a specific patient in their practice.
- Referral Manager – The module allows the provider to manage and review the statuses (i.e. open, to be processed, in progress, etc...) of the referrals in Guardian.
- Task Manager – This module allows the provider to monitor their tasks (i.e. open, pending, etc…) in their practice.
- Guardian Tel-Med – This module allows the provider to consult with their patient giving expert advice and counseling. This video chat feature allows the patient to speak with their provider from the comfort of their home.

Guardian For Providers app provides secure access to modules of the Guardian Platform.
