Every other health app ships your sleep, your weight, your blood pressure to a server you'll never see. HealthPilot doesn't. Your data stays on your device — full stop. No account. No sync. No analytics. No ads. No trackers. Nothing leaves the phone until you decide to ask the AI coach a question, and even then, you're in control.

• The model provider bills you, not us — we never see your conversations or your data
• You decide what context the Coach gets — turn HealthKit off, and it works with what you've manually logged
• Skip the AI entirely and the rest of the app runs 100% offline

Track everything that matters — fast
One-tap logs for water (+250 / 500 / 750 / 1000 ml), protein, sleep, weight, blood pressure, glucose, mood, and energy. Meds and supplements in two taps. Under 20 seconds a day.

Apple Health, on your terms
Reads steps, sleep, heart rate, and workouts from Apple Health (with your permission). Writes back if you allow it. Apple Health data stays in Apple's secure on-device store — HealthPilot just reads it.

Weekly reports & wins
Sunday recap: wins, concerns, focus for next week, trend charts. Streaks and milestones celebrate the work you put in.
