However, the app suffers from reliability and data safety issues: Dropbox backups and other backup options frequently fail, and upgrades or transfers can wipe or fail to restore passwords. Notes are often not fully visible, with truncation or blank screens. Despite years of use by some, these data loss and backup problems undermine confidence, making reliability the top concern for many reviewers.

I used to recommend this app to everyone I knew UNTIL I upgraded phones and it totally wiped ALL of the passwords from years of a previously purchased version. NOT a happy camper.

Oct 24 - Lost another star. It's now impossible to create a backup to Dropbox..... This is really not good enough.... Handy but not seeing complete notes is a pain. Despite showing a blank screen under notes it only shows the top 2 lines of what has been added. To see the rest of your notes you have to select edit and then you can see it. Not great if you have important notes with an entry.

7/16/24: July 2nd update has not fixed problems. Still cannot back up to Dropbox and still no other backup options offered. The developer is still unresponsive to multiple requests for assistance. Checked out the paid version and it would appear to be having the same issue. I didn't even realize there was a paid version, but for $0.99 I'd purchase it if this issue was fixed.
