Griff Gym is a strength training log for lifters who follow a program and want an honest record of what they actually did.

Everything works offline. Your phone holds the real data — no account needed, no network needed, and no feature locked behind a login.

BUILT AROUND YOUR NUMBERS
Enter your one-rep max for the squat, bench press and deadlift, or work one out from a set you have already done using the built-in calculator. From those three numbers Griff Gym builds your first six-week cycle, with every set sized as a percentage of your own maxes. Nothing is invented for you — the program comes from your lifts.

SIX-WEEK CYCLES, NOT A CALENDAR
Your program is a sequence of training days, not dates. Train a day early or a week late and it makes no difference — the app simply moves to your next session. Week six is a deload at half your reference maxes.

Finish the last day of week six and the Cycle Review opens: a summary of the block you just completed, where you decide lift by lift whether your reference max goes up by the suggested amount, stays where it is, or changes by an amount you set yourself. Your next cycle is built from that decision.

PLANNED NEXT TO ACTUAL
Pressing START copies the plan into the session, so every set keeps what was prescribed — weight, reps and target RPE — right beside what you actually lifted. Editing your program later can never rewrite what a past workout asked of you.

IT WILL NOT LOSE YOUR SET
Every entry is saved as you type. Kill the app mid-session, take a phone call, run the battery flat — the home screen still shows the workout IN PROGRESS with a CONTINUE button, and nothing is missing.

OPTIONAL CLOUD BACKUP
An account is a backup, not a licence. Sign in with an email address and password or with your Google account and your training gets a durable copy on the server. Logging a set never waits on the network: it goes into the local database first and syncs in the background when a connection is available.

A backup that fails is never reported as one that worked. If the server and your phone disagree, Griff Gym keeps your local copy and tells you, instead of quietly overwriting anything. Signing out clears this device and leaves the cloud copy untouched. Deleting your account is a separate, deliberate step that removes everything.
