I'm disabled, I can't carry the box. I've asked 9 times for the box to be delivered to my front door (I know they're able), they keep delivering to the outside of the building up the stairs. app won't allow to upload the picture to show the wrong delivery place. condescending customer service when I call about it. They say you can skip a week whenever but if you start with any promotions, skipping bumps you off the discount after.

Latest update has introduced a bug where the app often doesn't load anything up.

I try to get on the app and it says there is a new version and sends me to the app store. there is no choice but to uninstall or open. I open and it gives same message. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it gives me the same message. Also, when I was able to use it, I cannot add dietary restrictions to my plan, like for allergies so I get food I can't eat added to my menu. I have to search using filters every time. Great food though!
