Trash-tier software, reprehensibly abysmal customer service, shoddy hardware, horrendously insecure networking infrastructure, complete disregard for the user's right to grant permissions. These statements all accurately describe Grata. I guarantee that virtually all of the five star reviews here are paid for or generated by a bot. Most of the people that are subjected to using this heaping pile of defecate of an app ecosystem had it thrust upon them by corporate landlords, sadly. Zero stars.
