System Bug & Double Charges! Grab app activated TWO Rank Booster campaigns (RM1500 & RM2000) simultaneously for Aug 2026, violating its own terms stating only ONE high-budget option will apply. The "Leave" button is grayed out on the Store Owner account, making cancellation impossible. Support delayed the issue for 20+ days with canned replies while daily wallet deductions continue. Fix the backend bug, stop the duplicate campaign, and refund unauthorized charges!
