GOpher Forms

GOpher Forms — Safety Compliance Made Simple

The all-in-one safety forms, GPS tracking, and crew management app built for construction teams.

WHO IT'S FOR
GOpher Forms is built for construction crews, field supervisors, and company owners who need digital safety compliance done right — without paperwork, lost forms, or missed inspections.

WORKERS ALWAYS FREE
Workers join the app for free — only company owners pay a subscription. Workers can belong to multiple companies and switch their active employer in one tap.

KEY FEATURES

Custom Safety Forms
• Build your own forms or use industry-standard templates
• FLHA (Field Level Hazard Assessment), toolbox talks, JHA, PPE checks, incident reports
• Photos, signatures, and notes attach to every submission
• Forms are timestamped, GPS-tagged, and stored securely

Work Sessions & GPS Tracking
• Clock in and clock out with a single tap
• Auto-detect returning to a job site
• Location is captured only when you start a session or submit a form — never tracked silently in the background
• Sessions auto-close at midnight if you forget to clock out

Crew & Credential Management
• Worker profiles with photos, contact info, and certifications
• Track expiry dates for tickets, licenses, and training (First Aid, Fall Protection, WHMIS, and more)
• Get notified before credentials expire

Owner Tools
• Approve worker requests, manage job sites, and broadcast announcements
• Real-time view of who is on site, what forms have been submitted, and what is pending
• Export records as PDF for audits, insurance, or regulatory review

Built for the Field
• Offline support — fill out forms in dead zones, sync when you are back online
• Fast, simple interface designed for gloves and bright sunlight
• Works on phones and tablets
