Field Goose

Take control of your field operations with Field Goose.

Field Goose is a mobile workforce management tool purpose-built for teams who work on the go. Whether you're managing field reps, inspectors, merchandisers, or service technicians, Field Goose gives you real-time visibility into where your team is, what they're doing, and how long they're there — all from a single app.

GPS TIME & ATTENDANCE
Know exactly when your team arrives and leaves each location. Check in and out at sites with GPS location stamping. Automated time logging eliminates paper timesheets and gives you accurate work hour records you can trust.

VISIT MANAGEMENT
See your assigned locations for the day at a glance. Track each visit with start/end times, location verification, and status updates. Never wonder where your team is or how long they spent at a stop.

CUSTOM FORMS & DATA COLLECTION
Replace paper checklists and reports with digital forms you can customise to your workflow. Capture signatures, scan barcodes, take photos, and collect any data your business needs — all within the app. Forms are submitted instantly or queued when you're offline.

TASK MANAGEMENT
Assign tasks, track progress, and communicate with your team in the field. Create tasks on the fly, add replies, and mark them complete so nothing falls through the cracks.

OFFLINE-FIRST DESIGN
Field Goose works everywhere — even without internet. Your team can check in, fill forms, take photos, and complete tasks regardless of connectivity. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
Capture and attach photos to visits and forms. Whether it's shelf displays, damaged goods, or proof of delivery, every photo is GPS-tagged and organised for easy reference.

Field Goose is designed for businesses that need to know what's happening in the field — without the complexity of heavier enterprise platforms. Simple to set up, easy for your team to use, and built to work wherever the job takes you.
