2025-10-21	Aa*****	What a great way to take a good platform with a unique offering (goal based segmentation) and then brick it completely. Goalwise was fantastic, responsive and transparent. Niyo (post acquisition) has run it to the ground, badly. No app maintenance, incorrect sync of funds on the dashboard, and a customer service that replies after many days that they have a technical issue & are working on it!
