User reviews show major reliability and usability problems post-migration from Goalwise to Niyo Money. Recurrent issues include login failures and app downtime, SIP modification problems (amount/date) with OTP errors, redemption/withdrawal failures or stuck funds, and overall poor maintenance and support.
