Globiance app offers a unique combination of crypto and banking services with a user-friendly interface and multiple asset trading options. However, multiple users report serious issues with deposits, withdrawals, account creation, and KYC verification. The app occasionally freezes funds and has a problematic customer support system. While updates show progress and some users are satisfied, persistent problems with transfer delays and wallet visibility reduce trust and usability, suggesting the app is still a work in progress requiring significant improvements.

terrible exchange, they have frozen their clients funds and are refusing to unfreeze them, zero customer support , dont even answer your emails and the ticket system gets you an automated response, regardless of the question. go onto their page on X to see the scale of the problem, their telegram support channel is banning users for calling them out. I feel very foolish for trusting this exchange, maybe they will sort the problem out but im not hopeful, stay away!!!
