2024-12-02	al*****	terrible exchange, they have frozen their clients funds and are refusing to unfreeze them, zero customer support , dont even answer your emails and the ticket system gets you an automated response, regardless of the question. go onto their page on X to see the scale of the problem, their telegram support channel is banning users for calling them out. I feel very foolish for trusting this exchange, maybe they will sort the problem out but im not hopeful, stay away!!!

2024-08-07	Ja*****	After investing in the GBPay token and having the funds locked in for a year. I tried sending a small amount to a cold storage wallet. I am still waiting for it to arrive 3 days later. Very poor show seeing as the app/ website is very good and easy to use. Disappointing.

2024-01-23	Pa*****	Globiance is a crypto bank where you can store your fiat at a stable price (backed by gold) and trade your fiat for crypto. Globiance is great. It's easy to use and you receive daily rewards if you hold the native token GBEX. Further, the help desk is as it sounds, helpful. They're also very polite. Globiance is highly recommended.

2023-07-26	Jo*****	Love this app and platform. One of the easiest exchanges to use for US consumers, and I love that they have debit deposit. I anticipate Globiance becoming HUGE. All your payment needs on one platform. Trade in and out of crypto, gold and silver, and fiat instantly, and send instant payments anywhere with low fees. It's awesome.

2023-07-25	tr*****	You can add xrp and xdc, but good luck getting them out. So after being forced to set up 2 step verification to change wallets, then it tells me they will wait 2 days to send whats in my account to another wallet. We're dealing with crypto, which is supposed to be fast, but their transfer system is delivering like USPS.
