2026-07-21	Te*****	like many other reviews, the connection just stops working and it's extremely frustrating, I don't want a message saying from you saying "connection problems may happen call .... yo help" it's extremely frustrating I will never use these bulbs again! for anyone buying give it a few months or at least a year to start seeing the problems, in the beginning it works like a charm then when time passes the problems start to occur.

2026-07-17	Da*****	App needs work. 1. Vacation Random On/Off routine doesn't work at all. It didn't in the last ver either. 2. When setting the Auto-Off Timer with Vacation routine enabled, a pop-up asks "Are you sure you want to override?" There isn't a Yes/No or Okay/Cancel option, ONLY an Okay option, and the Android Back button doesn't do anything. So there's no way to cancel setting the timer. 3. The Auto-Off timer doesn't ovrd. Perhaps your team needs to remember to test their sw updates before releasing.

2026-06-28	St*****	if I could rate it lower I would. First of all the add device wouldn't work with my Bluetooth on, wouldn't locate the device. Not sure how many times I followed the step by step instructions for manual add device, but the light never flashed off and on. youtube video was next to worthless, not comparable. Beyond frustrating.

Once set up on my wi-fi network, does a good job of controlling Globe's branded smart plugs, especially lamps with hard to access switches. However, I had a hard time trying to integrate the application and plugs into Samsung's "Smart Things," to better keep track of them.
