The app is easy to use when it works and can persist settings, but widespread disconnects, update problems, and difficult Wi‑Fi setup degrade the experience. Support is slow, and missing or removed features undermine automation and user convenience.

Recent reviews

had these strip lights for less than a year and they randomly stopped working. I re-paired them. they connect. I go to click on ANY COLOUR. they fade to darkness and refuse to do anything. I try the process again. same thing. any colour. I cannot believe these were 80 dollar lights.

The app asks always to reconnect and when you add your credentials, it give an error message

I'm an electrician, I run my own datacenter/servers at home (home lab) This product is a p.o.s. it requires this app and leaves your data vulnerable . huge security risk. stay away . look for a product that doesn't require an account. something that you can freely control without putting yourself at risk.
