Globe Suite shows potential for simple smart lighting, but repeated reliability and usability issues dominate user feedback. The app is easy to use when it works and can persist settings, but widespread disconnects, update problems, and difficult Wi‑Fi setup degrade the experience. Support is slow, and missing or removed features undermine automation and user convenience.

you've added the option to delete removed or disconnected bulbs which is great but the app keeps crashing whenever I try to add a trigger

Return these if you can immediately they are the worst. I would return mine but I've missed the window. If you can manage to get these connected (took me over an hour the first time no exaggerations) this isn't the end of your struggles with these lights. They flash like a strobe if they lose connection and they lose connection all the time. The blinking doesn't stop either. If these were my first set of smart lights it would ruin my opinion on all of them! They really are that bad.
