GlobalTrade CRM

GlobalTrade CRM is the mobile application for the GlobalTrade ERP system, designed for the sales teams of exporting companies.

It's an internal work tool: to use it, you need an account created by your company's administrator in the ERP system. It's not a public app and does not allow self-registration.

WHAT IT CAN DO

• Multi-channel inbox — WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and company email in a single list, with filters by status and contact person.

• Complete conversations — history, photos, documents, and voice notes, with delivery and read receipts.

• Internal notes — comments visible only to your team, never to the client.

• AI-powered assistant — conversation summaries, suggested responses, and translation, always reviewed by a human before sending.

• Templates and shortcuts — frequently asked questions ready to send with a single tap.

• Business partners — create clients in the ERP system directly from the chat, specifying country, currency, and terms. • Proformas — Create a proforma with product, box, brand, Incoterm, and ports, and send it to the customer without leaving the conversation.

• Shipments — Check the shipment status (vessel, voyage, ETD/ETA, containers) and send your documents: Bill of Lading, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, and commercial invoice.

• Weekly FOB Price — The official ERP price is always visible.

• Corporate Email — Access your Microsoft 365 inbox and the company's inbox, read and reply from your mobile device.

• Alerts — Receive notifications on your phone when a new message arrives or you are assigned to a conversation.

• Quick and Secure Access — Unlock with your fingerprint or face, and log out from any device.

Spanish and English. The data resides in your company's ERP; the app only accesses it when you are logged in.
