GML CRM — Internal Sales & Customer Management App

This application is intended exclusively for authorised employees and representatives of GML India. It is not a public service. Access requires valid company credentials issued by the GML India administration team.

GML CRM puts the day-to-day sales workflow of GML India into a single mobile app, helping the team stay on top of customers, quotations, projections, and follow-up tasks while on the move.

What you can do with GML CRM

• Customers — Search and browse the company customer directory, view contact details, and drill down into the complete history of each account.

• Quotations — Create new quotations, review pending and approved ones, and access the full quotation detail at any time. Keep track of every offer made to a customer right from your phone.

• Tasks — See your assigned tasks, plan your day, and update progress against follow-ups, meetings and customer commitments.

• Projections — Track yearly and customer-level sales projections, review targets, and monitor performance against plan.

• Outstanding's — Stay informed about pending payments and overdue balances per customer to drive timely collections.

• Achievements — View your sales achievements and performance metrics to keep visibility on your goals.

Who is this for
GML CRM is a closed, internal tool for the GML India sales, accounts, and management teams. Login is restricted to authorized users only. If you are not a GML India staff member, this application will be of no use to you.

Privacy & security
All data exchanged through the application belongs to GML India and is governed by internal company policy. The app communicates with GML India servers over the network and stores only the information required to keep you signed in and to display your assigned data.
