Gita Kavach uses Android's AccessibilityService API to power app blocking. This lets us detect when a blocked app is opened and show a gentle reminder to read a sloka before continuing.

What we access:
The name of the app that is currently opened (so we know when a blocked app is launched).

What we don't do:
We do not read what you type, we do not read messages, ee do not capture your screen, and we do not collect the content inside other apps. we don't sell data or share it with third parties. your data never leaves your device.
you can turn off accessibility access anytime in your phone settings.

How it works

1. Choose which apps to block in Gita Kavach.
2. Open a blocked app and Gita Kavach displays a screen to notify to read sloka.
3. Read the short sloka with its meaning and explanation.
4. Apps unlocked, you move on, staying consistent and accumulating Bhagavad Gita knowledge.
