【What is Asmane Asthma Management?】

Asmane Asthma Management is a tool for managing your asthma condition, from daily recording to review, all within a single app.

You can record peak flow (maximum expiratory flow rate), symptoms, and medication use during attacks, and review past data in a list, comparison, and graph format. Recorded data is saved on your device; no account registration or cloud synchronization is required.

This app was developed with the aim of supporting the daily lives of asthma patients.

【Main Features】

■ Recording Your Condition
- Input of peak flow (maximum expiratory flow rate) (can be skipped on days when measurements were not taken)
- Recording of symptoms during the day and night (during sleep)
- Recording of medication use during attacks, such as relievers and as-needed medications
- Free Notes
- Later Input (can be added by changing the recording date and time)
- Supports multiple recordings per day

■ Automatic Acquisition of Environmental Data
When saving records, if permission for approximate location information is granted, environmental data such as weather, air quality (PM2.5, etc.), and pollen is automatically acquired and linked to the records. You can still use the health record function even without granting location access.

■ Reliever and Medication Management
You can manage the remaining amount of relievers in conjunction with your seizure medication usage records. You can adjust medications and remaining amounts in the settings screen. It also supports registration of biological agents and confirmation of the next scheduled dose.

■ Record History
[List] Displays records in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly units. You can also check a summary of environmental data and the ACT (reference value) for the past 4 weeks.
[Period Comparison] You can select any two periods and compare ACT, reliever usage, number of seizures, and symptom breakdown.
[Graphs] Displays graphs of peak flow trends (swipe left or right to view past data) and weekly ACT (yearly).

■ Data Backup
You can export and restore data to and from a JSON file from the settings. When changing devices, please transfer the backup file to the new device and restore it.

[Data Handling]

* All health records and settings are saved on your device.
* Records are not sent to the developer's server or synchronized with the cloud.
* There is no login function.
* Location information is used and communication with the Open-Meteo API (coordinates only) is performed to obtain environmental data.
* No advertisements are displayed.

[About ACT Score]

The displayed ACT score is a reference value automatically estimated from the recorded data. It is not the result of the official ACT questionnaire filled out at a hospital. Please use it as a guideline to understand weekly trends.

[Important Notes on Use]

This app is a tool intended to support self-care by allowing users to record and manage their daily health and medication status.

It does not perform medical acts such as diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Always follow the instructions of a medical professional such as a doctor or pharmacist regarding health assessments, treatment, or medication changes.

Environmental data such as weather, air quality, and pollen are for reference only and do not indicate a causal relationship with health.
