• PEAK FLOW MONITORING — Enter your morning/evening PEF values; the green/yellow/red zone is automatically calculated based on your personal best value.
• ACTION PLAN — Record the green/yellow/red zone instructions given by your doctor; the app reminds you of the correct instruction when your PEF drops. • ENVIRONMENTAL DATA — Your city's air quality (AQI), pollen levels (alder, birch, olive, meadow grass, wormwood, American grass), and weather conditions.
