2026-06-01	Ke*****	Horrible App, Clunky &Slow and doesn't function properly. If you see the countless reviews written stating the same, yet the app still remains in its current state. You cannot save your login, have to manually enter all your info, you can't view appts easily, won't allow me to do certain things that I should be able to do. I hate this app so much and I wish the vet never switched to this or at least the developer cared enough to fix it. PLZ FIX THIS.. I DON'T SEE ONE RESPONSE !.

2026-05-21	Le*****	It used to work OK but after the latest update, my account is gone, and I can't create one without a facility code, and the facility code the business gave me doesn't work, and they don't know why. This app has gotten progressively worse over the last couple years and now I can't use it at all. Shame.
