downloading was/is and issue

It used to work OK but after the latest update, my account is gone, and I can't create one without a facility code, and the facility code the business gave me doesn't work, and they don't know why. This app has gotten progressively worse over the last couple years and now I can't use it at all. Shame.

I used this ap because I'm trying to register my puppy with a local trainer with a great rep. It let me get aaaalmost to the end and kicked me off deleting all my info THREE TIMES!! When I finally got to the end the fourth time and hit the "complete registration" button, a notice popped up that I was already in the system. I can't tell if I'm registered or not. I would give this ap a minus 2 for a rating.
