2026-06-27	Ka*****	I tried to delete my account and the app account settings say, "To delete your account, contact support." When I contacted them to delete my account and all data, they told me the only way to do so is thru the app account settings. I've contacted them 4x with zero support; just get the same response every time.

2026-06-26	mo*****	Ride #23552509 as a driver I did this ride on 26 March 2026 total 67 business days but still waiting for the payment so many emails sent every time they said we have technical issues but the customer said we paid in advance when we booked why they didn't pay the driver's that's why the driver does not show because you take payment from the customer but the driver wait 5 months to get paid

2026-06-23	Ro*****	Booked a transfer from Trieste Airport. The driver never showed up. GetTransfer provided no alternative driver and no meaningful assistance. I had to find and pay for my own taxi. Would not use again.

2026-06-22	CK*****	There are way netter apps to use as a driver and you have to be careful as a driver working with this app. They may reply with excuses. There is a lot to talk about and few of the main things are: being ripped of your hard working money, you have to bid non-stop and there is always someone willing to do it cheaper, poor remote customer service in a Asian country, not listening to your concerns and lack of support to name a few! Working with other apps is way much better and comfortable.
There are way netter apps to use as a driver and you have to be careful as a driver working with this app. They may reply with excuses. There is a lot to talk about and few of the main things are: being ripped of your hard working money, you have to bid non-stop and there is always someone willing to do it cheaper, poor remote customer service in a Asian country, not listening to your concerns and lack of support to name a few! Working with other apps is way much better and comfortable.

2026-06-15	To*****	Booked with GetTransfer, the day before, for a long journey in Spain. The taxi never showed, despite us messaging and calling the driver. It left us stranded with a baby and we ended up having to pay for expensive metered cab to get to our destination. Paid upfront in good faith and despite reporting it to GetTransfer we didn't get our money back. We had to report it to our bank as fraud to get the funds back. Don't be conned like us, there is no customer service.

2026-06-10	Ga*****	App works ok, shame its run by Scammers that aren't interested in customer service my journey was cancelled by the driver because he wasn't paid for previous jobs he did for them... so far I've not been issued a new driver or been offered a refund and they dont reply to my emails, if you can resolve my Issue GetTransfer then I will retract this negative feedback, regarding ride 22383866 update as of 10th June, now currently waiting for refund to clear feedback will be updated accordingly.
