2026-07-30	ma*****	do not use this app it's a scam app when I book my ride from Vancouver airport driver shows up and asking me to give me cash and cancel this ride and I can give you discount and he looks weird too. when I ignore he canceled the ride and when I contact to company they didn't defend my money yet it's been more than 6 months I haven't gotten my money back so I request everybody don't use this app

This developer (KG Global Limited) collects upfront payments from passengers but refuses to pay registered EU transport companies (Obrt) for completed services. They are currently in direct breach of EU Directive 2011/7/EU and their own 30-day payout policy for my account. Google should suspend this app for contractor wage theft and fraudulent business practices. EDIT: Wrote dozens of mails to the mentioned address. Only bot answers. No help at all.

I can understand the rules. GetTransfer refused to give me my money back, they added it to the balance of my gettransfer account which was useless as this was after the time of the ride. So now money is stuck with them.
