AVOID! cancelled transfer on day of holiday *today* no availability through this company for another transfer ! we are £230 down with no cash now to pay for alternative transfer , they've credited the app account not refunded ! so money is stuck ,and as we stand were stranded with 2 children , we constantly emailed these on run up to holiday to check transfer was still goikg ahead as planned ,to which they assured us all was in place ! and are refusing to refund us, absolutely discusting

This company is a total scam. I had booked 3 rides with them and NONE of the drivers actually showed for the transfers. I have been trying for 2 months now to get a refund, but so far they will only give me a fake credit. I looked at trying to use the credit to get rid of it, The prices they quoted were 2 to 2.5 times more than any other comparable site. Do not download or use this app/company - they are a scam
