Booked with GetTransfer, the day before, for a long journey in Spain. The taxi never showed, despite us messaging and calling the driver. It left us stranded with a baby and we ended up having to pay for expensive metered cab to get to our destination. Paid upfront in good faith and despite reporting it to GetTransfer we didn't get our money back. We had to report it to our bank as fraud to get the funds back. Don't be conned like us, there is no customer service.

App works ok, shame its run by Scammers that aren't interested in customer service my journey was cancelled by the driver because he wasn't paid for previous jobs he did for them... so far I've not been issued a new driver or been offered a refund and they dont reply to my emails, if you can resolve my Issue GetTransfer then I will retract this negative feedback, regarding ride 22383866 update as of 10th June, now currently waiting for refund to clear feedback will be updated accordingly.
