2026-08-10	ma*****	Some days I don't want to discover something new, I just want to return to a old favorite. I usually just want to listen to the mini "meditation of the day" they don't have that as a simple list I can pick and choose from. They are just radio headspace episodes without the ad. the dedicated app has just as many pop ups. The app and subscription are no longer worth it to me to get that irritation. I want a calming app to be calming.

I get a not found error or am forced to login to the web app. Support says use the web app but meditations hang when I do. Switched to old phone and get a blue screen of death. Support was spectacularly unhelpful (and I'm not convinced that I'm not speaking to a bot) and has no time line on the fix. Only to say it's a known issue and to keep updating. 2026-08-10	Jo*****	THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! IVE PAID FOR THE SERVICES FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT!!! I USE THIS APP TO MEDITATE WITH MY FAMILY AND TEACH THEM MENTAL HEALTH PRACTICES AND TO RELIEVE STRESS BUT ALL IT HAS DONE IS CAUSE MORE. It was my oversight not to turn it off but most companies reverse the charge when cancellation is requested in a reasonable timeframe. I'm upset as this is a service product and the cancellation is requested for the unused year ahead. They can only be contacted over email. The irony of a mindfulness app causing this agony is not lost on me.
