well, after my phone recovered i reinstall this app but when i'm upload photos it always said "internal server error", i'm pretty sure i have a stable connection even i tried with different connection it still have same problem. has reached the the support via email, and not responding until now

They promise to process all the points from eshop max Nov 11, but until now, it still on process. So, what's going on with my left points from eshop?? There are so many eshop's points still on process since June 2024. Customer service on apps unreachable now.
