Vaya basura de app, tengo una cuenta desde el 2023, solo he usado la app desde el mismo celular, borre la app un tiempo y le volví a instalar y al iniciar sección no me deja porque ya "hay otro dispositivo" usando la cuenta (?(? me contacto con soporte y tuve que esperar 5 horas para que me atiendan y como no respondí en 10 minutos cerró el ticket un tal Carlos XD y después ni deja ver el chat a ver qué te puso y no funcionan los botones de soporte después de eso, contraten un QA y soporte
