| 2022-08-22 | Device works great. The app has many issues. Lately the app has issues using an internet connection with active highspeed wifi or 4g data that other apps use fine.. And for some reason it will not connect to the device without internet, even though it connects via blutooth. I have reinstalled the app. It is unusable until this is fixed. | ||

| 2022-05-20 | App and breath sensor have worked well for me so far. I do have 2 critiques (fix 'em and I'll make it 5 stars): 1. The terminology / explanations are inconsistent. When I'm at level 4, it tells me I'm burning fat and in medium ketosis. But when I open the info/fundamentals page, it explains it as light ketosis and still burning carbs too. It's confusing. Consistent explanations are needed. 2. The big number shown on the home page doesnt always reflect the most recent reading, which is confusing. | ||

| 2020-10-24 | I had been relatively pleased with the device and app. My wife who is a high carb person blows a "1" on the device, and I use her as the test case for seeing if the device gives false positive results :-) However, yesterday the app changed and now the ketosis range/resolution was reduced even further than the previous barely adequate 8 "Levels". Now it tops out as a "6+" where previously I was routinely in the 7 and 8 ranges in the evening/morning. AND it went back and modified the graph results and changed the Y axis on the scale to only go to 7, where it used to go to 8. I don't want even lower resolution range of ketosis measurements. This was a poor decision and you moved in the wrong direction... If anything I want MORE resolution. If you want to dicker with things then increase resolution by adding decimal points to the nominal results (6.9,7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, etc) or better yet just give us the raw results without the goofy arbitrary scaling that you evidently aren't even going to keep consistent as the latest app change proves... Really disappointed in this latest software update. Please undo this change at a minimum, and add greater resolution if possible. | ||

| 2020-10-11 | Every time they "update" this app, my device works worse and worse. Now, after 9 attempts in a row, I can't get any reading at all. All it says is it couldn't get an accurate reading and make sure to keep the device away from my face. Yeah, no kidding, I've had my Keyto since it first hit the market. I keep it on the table next to me while it's loading. There is absolutely no way my breath is hitting it while it's warming up. Either this app is trash or the device itself is garbage now. | ||

| 2020-06-22 | need to watch screen entire time untilnready, no means of alarm or notification, meaning you are staring at screen for 2 minutes while it warms up. blood test doesnt seem nearly as bad all of a sudden. also, frequently loses association to phone and requires reboot to fix. Edit as of 6/20 and one year of use it hasn't gotten any better and in fact gets worse. It errors out about 95% of the time which wouldn't even be that bad if it eventually worked and didn't take several minutes to calibrate. | ||

| 2020-05-04 | For the money, the device and app flat out suck. The recipes are good, the podcasts are informative, and the device seems to read right when it works (but who really knows?) otherwise, nothing good to say. The ads promise an online community...nope. You can't use the device without purchasing the app to the tune of $100 per year above the 100 or so you pay for the device itself. Totally deceptive advertising. Glitchy as hell, always having to uninstall/ reinstall and NO TECH SUPPORT/ CS! | ||

| 2020-04-30 | Won't connect to Bluetooth until I restart the phone. Happens very frequently. It just works once then I have to restart which always fixes for a single use. Please fix. Android 10 Update Please add feature to allow fix for incorrect submission of weight. If you accidentally hit the wrong number it won't let you correct your error and messes up the graph | ||

| 2020-03-30 | Sensor works pretty well, but the app asks for too much data, and there's no setting to just opt out. Every single time you take a measurement, the app asks you to provide more info about how you're feeling etc, and I don't want to use this app in that way. It's very annoying and makes me not trust this company. Add an opt out feature, please! | ||

| 2020-01-29 | The device is very slow, this was a gift for my husband who needs to be on Keto all the time, but I wanted to use it too, so I opened an account and almost purchased the whole year (Thank God I didn't!!). It was very difficult to sync it with his Pixel 4 and you can only use one Keyto device for 1 cellphone (in the package it comes more than one mouth tips). It is illogical for the price of this just to be for one person... | ||

| 2020-01-02 | The device itself works great, a few issues when the battery starts getting low but otherwise no problems. The app itself is pretty bad. Mainly because they put zero effort into the graph that displays your results. The graph only displays the last 30 or so keyto results but displays all weight entries from the beginning. You can zoom in, but it doesn't just go to a single month or anything, it just fully zooms in so you get the top and bottom of the graph cut off, making zooming useless | ||
