WHAT IT DOES
• Log food and drinks in seconds. Search the catalogue, scan a barcode, or tap a recent.
• Check in on how you feel: bloating, cramps, the Bristol scale (including constipation), mood, energy, and sleep.
• Meet the suspects. Flareless ranks your likely triggers with real evidence, a confidence level, a typical lag, and what each one tends to do to you.
• Run a simple elimination test when you want to confirm a hunch.

The engine is conservative by design. It never claims certainty from thin data, always shows how many times something happened, and never tells you that you are "allergic" to anything. It points you at patterns worth discussing with a professional.
