2024-11-29	Ha*****	Not even worth 1 star. Lousy app, terrible service, irresponsible, and just good at blaming customers. Beware guys because they will not admit there is problem with their app and blame everything to customer. Even after giving all my evidence that i completed my race, they would only depend on their problematic system and neglecting evidences from customer. Not helpful and try solve your problem. Basically i just paid for terrible experience.

2024-11-01	Pr*****	Useless services. I have joined one of the challange under their app. The steps data doesnt really count and tally on their app and caused a lot issues. When contacted their customer service, they bluntly put the blame on participants instead fixing the issue. The most useless customer service I've ever experienced.

2024-09-23	Ka*****	Don't buy anything if you are not ready to pick up at the time and place they ask for. Bought a t-shirt for nothing. Just because I was late for a half hour (yes my mistake for not noticing the time given) but I asked if I can pick up the item elsewhere. I guest they only exist online, no physical store or office.

2024-08-27	Wa*****	Doesn't sync steps with Google Fit well. I wonder why it doesn't count steps from listed smart watches like Garmin or Coros. It's totally different results for steps counting events. I get 3 different steps counts from Samsung Health, Google Fit and my watch. Google Fit is almost useless when it comes to step counting. Very disappointed. The only good thing is when it is connected for runs through Garmin Connect, the updates are almost instantly.

2024-08-25	AZ*****	not ontime update when sync with google fit, must refresh or open 2 apps at same time..also can't sync with my huawei health apps and honor gt2 smartwatch which mo accurate. my friend also complaint on same issue with different smartwatch..not so good apps. hope it can improves.

2024-05-31	es*****	Apparently user need to constantly ensure their information is syncing with BiiB during the challenge period for it to be counted. If it's not sync, not their problem. Not a user-friendly app.

2022-08-17	ye*****	Get error messages "Request Failed! Can not perform this action!" 80% of time using this app. There's no Strava integration too which is so bad for 2022 fitness app. Will change rating if my recommendations is well accepted and bug solved.

2022-06-12	Nu*****	This app just got better and better. Not only it has auto-sync feature with coros and garmin (among two most used watch among runners), we can also submit runs manually thru this app. No browser needed. To improve perhaps can have kids-size tshirts as well.

2021-07-12	Sa*****	Worst app ever. Even setting dob requires me to swap the calendar manually. If u can simplify even a simple feature, how can you implement more intricate features? Plz trow this app out of the window.

2021-07-09	Ca*****	Installed for Penang steps challenge. Made sure I had linked all apps to all apps - combination from Garmin/Google Fit/Strava/Biib ( & even Map My Run). Even after setting just about everything to public/everyone, there is no way any of my daily steps (so far in excess of 8K) are synced anywhere, least of all in Biib. I have latest version of Biib, & all I'm doing now is deleting it, removing all links, putting settings back to as they were. Simply not worth my effort any more to try to contribute to this challenge.
