Not even worth 1 star. Lousy app, terrible service, irresponsible, and just good at blaming customers. Beware guys because they will not admit there is problem with their app and blame everything to customer. Even after giving all my evidence that i completed my race, they would only depend on their problematic system and neglecting evidences from customer. Not helpful and try solve your problem. Basically i just paid for terrible experience.

Useless services. I have joined one of the challange under their app. The steps data doesnt really count and tally on their app and caused a lot issues. When contacted their customer service, they bluntly put the blame on participants instead fixing the issue. The most useless customer service I've ever experienced.
