2025-01-31	Ab*****	Unlike the bad reviews, I have had a great experience. Dropped my brand new phone while getting out of my car and the screen shattered. I started a claim immediately and in 24 hours I turned in my phone for the repair. I agree that the password part is confusing, but I am very relieved I bought this plan. I did have to use the website more than the app for my claim but that was due to the app being on my shattered screen phone. I am telling my friends to try this.

2025-01-14	Ch*****	Attempted to purchase the "electronics plus" family plan and it says right there it "covers unlimited devices and phones at the same address" but then, you need to purchase an additional plan for each extra phone?! That's not covering unlimited phones at all it's covering one phone and then you can cover other devices but, it's definitely not "unlimited phones" by any definition of the word. I'd love to know who wrote these on the surface only to turn around after payment and reveal different?!

2025-01-03	Do*****	This is by far the worst insurance ever dealt with! I filed a claim 5 days ago for a broken screen. They want you to take a video of your broken phone while logged into the app, pull up the keyboard and specific portions of the app, and then flip your phone over all in one video. And if you can do that with a broken phone, you then have to upload it to their app, and then wait for someone to review it, only for it to get denied. Still not resolved! So if your phone's broke, this is useless!

2024-12-31	Te*****	I have never had such a frustration experience from any company out there. There is no phone number. Everything is through email or "chat". "Chat" is not really chat. It takes up to 2 hours to get a response and then you basically get instructions, not a really good answer. MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR PHONE AS A COVERED ITEM. You would assume because you have to enter all info it would be saved. Now I need claim, they don't have good phone pic. Also, they have overcharged me 3 plans. I am TICKED..

2024-08-30	Jo*****	The support experience is absolutely awful. It takes way to long to get in contact with someone. And if you go through the app it auto deletes your support conversations after you close the app so you are unable to bring them back up. I would suggest using a different service

I'll revise this review once this app is fixed because the insurance is actually pretty awesome. 2024 Update: the app has substantially improved, however, they do need to add some more features for it to be truly great. Claim process is still simple and easy. Their reps communicate constantly from start to finish. Great company, just need a great app.
