Unlike the bad reviews, I have had a great experience. Dropped my brand new phone while getting out of my car and the screen shattered. I started a claim immediately and in 24 hours I turned in my phone for the repair. I agree that the password part is confusing, but I am very relieved I bought this plan. I did have to use the website more than the app for my claim but that was due to the app being on my shattered screen phone. I am telling my friends to try this.

Attempted to purchase the "electronics plus" family plan and it says right there it "covers unlimited devices and phones at the same address" but then, you need to purchase an additional plan for each extra phone?! That's not covering unlimited phones at all it's covering one phone and then you can cover other devices but, it's definitely not "unlimited phones" by any definition of the word. I'd love to know who wrote these on the surface only to turn around after payment and reveal different?!
