2026-06-08	Ma*****	This app just spontaneously turns off reminders to ask for refills, which is a very big problem if one of the things you're taking meds for is ADHD so you're prone to forgetting things.

I got to have a current RX number to even register? how beyond stupid is that. how about I create account that way when I start needing something you'll have my information tied to your system and I can just open your app and be like hey there we go there's my current refill cycle. what's the point of having an app like this if you can't even set it up unless you actually have a current and active prescription needing field. I miss rite aid screw this company

2026-04-13	sa*****	Awful UI which desperately needs updated and I know Giant Eagle Has the money for that. There also tends to be a delay when it comes to the updating of prescription information. Unfortunately there is no real alternative as most GE locations near me aren't great when it comes to phone calls.

2026-02-12	Ki*****	horrible app, I can't even get past the HIPAA Authorization. I hit accept it loads, but it doesn't go to the next screen. I hit decline and it skips and loads, but it doesn't go to the next screen. Please fix ASAP!!!

2025-12-21	Th*****	The app no longer shows accurate information nor does it allow you to submit prescriptions for refill. I talked to the workers at the pharmacy and they said that they have no relationship to the app. Giant Eagle pharmacy should either fix the system or get rid of the app.
