Awful UI which desperately needs updated and I know Giant Eagle Has the money for that. There also tends to be a delay when it comes to the updating of prescription information. Unfortunately there is no real alternative as most GE locations near me aren't great when it comes to phone calls.

When using the back button in this app, the app closes, hv to log back in every time; makes navigating app difficult. Also, if you're on a chronic medication, the system treats every refill as a new medication; auto-refill needs to be restarted every time, so you need to frequently check when to get refill. Thus, would be helpful to see the amount of a medication filled, e.g. 30d, 90d to know next reorder date. Pls take a look at this.

horrible app, I can't even get past the HIPAA Authorization. I hit accept it loads, but it doesn't go to the next screen. I hit decline and it skips and loads, but it doesn't go to the next screen. Please fix ASAP!!!
