Lifto

Log your strength workouts from your wrist with Lifto for Wear OS.

Requires the Lifto phone app from Galaxy Store on a paired, compatible Android phone. An active Lifto Pro subscription on the phone is required to start workouts.

Start a workout from a template synced from your phone, or begin an empty workout. See your exercises and previous set values as you train.

Track each set
Record weight, reps, and effort. Edit values on your watch, mark sets complete, and time duration-based exercises.

Manage your rest
See the rest countdown on your wrist. Adjust the remaining time or skip the rest when you are ready for the next set.

Lifto includes a Wear OS tile that shows your remaining rest time during breaks, or your current exercise with completed and total set counts during a workout. A progress bar tracks sets completed across the workout. Tap the tile to open Lifto on your watch.

Adjust your workout
Add or remove sets, add or swap exercises, and manage supersets during your session.

Save through your phone
Review your workout summary on the watch, then save it to Lifto on your phone. The phone manages your workout data, Pro subscription, and optional account sync. The watch has no separate sign-in and does not connect directly to the cloud.

Getting started
Install Lifto from Galaxy Store on your phone, pair your Wear OS watch, and open Lifto on both devices. Keep the phone and watch connected to start, manage, and save workouts.
