GENETIC TESTING TO FIND OUT YOUR RISK FOR DIABETES & OTHER GENETIC DISEASES
Each one of us has unique genetics that influences the kind of foods we should eat and how active our lifestyle should be in order to reach our weight goals.

Together with leading genetic scientists, we have developed one of the most precise gene tests in the world – scanning more than 700 000 gene markers in order to identify the risk for potential disease.

The results of our gene test are sent directly into the app, in order to give you a personalised food plan made from over 400 delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make recipes.

PERSONALISED MEAL PLAN
With Geneto, you will receive a personalised meal plan based on your weight, height, and lifestyle.

You can even add your favourite recipes to the database yourself and use these when generating a meal plan. With Geneto, you can lose weight and eat your favourite meals at the same time!

If you do not wish to follow the generated meal plan, you can choose from the 4000 ingredients in our app. Mark down what you eat and the app will calculate the calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrate amount, so you know exactly how much you can still eat during the day.

FOOD DIARY
If you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight. And if you eat fewer calories and burn more calories, you lose weight.
It’s that simple. Geneto helps to keep you on track by allowing you to conveniently track your meals and calories in the app.
Keeping a food diary is super simple thanks to the Barcode Scanner, which helps you to keep on track.
